Theater for the New City (Crystal Field, Co-Founder and Executive Director) and INTAR (Eduardo Machado, Artistic Director/John McCormack, Executive Director) will present Havana Journal, 2004, a new play by Eduardo Machado, directed by Stefanie Sertich, beginning performances Friday, March 26th and continuing through April 18th only, at Theater for the New City, 155 1st Avenue between 9th and 10th Streets. Opening Night is set for Saturday April 3rd.

Public Theater Artistic Director Oskar Eustis will direct THE HUMAN SCALE for four performances only at Joe's Pub beginning Wednesday, March 17 at 7 PM. Written and performed by Pulitzer Prize winner Lawrence Wright, THE HUMAN SCALE will also play Saturday, March 20 at 7 PM and Sunday, March 21 at 2 PM and 7 PM.

The Pulitzer Prize and Obie Award-winning Theatre for the New City (TNC) will hold its 7th Annual LOVE 'N' COURAGE Gala on Monday, February 22nd at the National Arts Club, this year honoring the beloved acting couple Eli Wallach and Anne Jackson, as well as Martha Coigney, director of the International Theatre Institute (ITI) in the U.S. for over 35 years, it has been announced by Crystal Field, co-founder and artistic director of Theater for the City. The LOVE 'N' COURAGE celebration will begin with cocktails at 6:30pm, Dinner at 7:00pm, and performances at 8:00pm.
