Eden Espinosa, Jane Monheit, Christiane Noll and Scott Alan were supposed to perform Alan's song 'Always' at the 'Broadway Blows Back' concert, raising funds for victims of Hurricane Sandy. The producers decided to move the performance back to December 10th, which Alan was unable to attend, so the group has recorded the song to promote the upcoming concert. SILENCE! The Musical will end its 18-month run Sunday evening, December 30th at the Elektra Theatre. The production will have played a total of 447 performances and eight previews. Originally announced as a strictly limited engagement through August 13, 2011, SILENCE! was extended numerous times by popular demand and transferred theatres twice, ultimately landing at the new Elektra Theatre in the heart of Times Square, which was constructed especially for the show. SILENCE! opened at Theatre 80 on July 9, 2011 to unanimous rave reviews and spawned a highly successful L.A. production, which is currently running through December 9th at the Hayworth Theatre starring Davis Gaines and Christine Lakin.

CITY OF HOPE: BROADWAY BLOWS BACK, a benefit concert to raise funds for New York and New Jersey communities affected by Hurricane Sandy, will now take place on Monday, December 10 at 7:30 PM. The concert, which will feature performances by members of the Broadway theatre community, will take place at the Gershwin Theatre (222 W. 51st St.) and is sponsored by Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City. 3-D Theatricals' final show of the 2012 season is the Tony Award-winning musical HAIRSPRAY, featuring choreography by Dana Solimando, musical direction by Allen Everman, and directed by 3-D Theatricals Executive Producer and Artistic Director T.J. Dawson. HAIRSPRAY opened on Saturday, October 13 and performed through Sunday, October 28 at the historic Plummer Auditorium, 201 E. Chapman Ave. in Fullerton.
