Ensemble Theatre Company of Santa Barbara announces its 2013-14 Season in its new home, the New Vic, beginning with the hit Broadway musical A Little Night Music, inspired by the Ingmar Bergman film 'Smiles of a Summer Night. Directed by Ensemble Executive Artistic Director Jonathan Fox, A Little Night Music features one of Stephen Sondheim's best-known songs, 'Send in the Clowns.' A star-studded cast featuring Piper Laurie, Stephanie Zimbalist and Patrick Cassidy will christen the stage at the New Vic.

In December, Donny and Marie are embarking on a tour to celebrate the season of Christmas and to share many aspects their Vegas show with many all over the country. I caught up with Donny as he was preparing to depart for the tour and asked him about the tour, Vegas and what it's like to be Donny Osmond.

Emmy nominated daytime actor and stage star Kyle Lowder will have audiences singing 'Go Go Go Joseph!' this holiday season when he brings his vocal talents and soap opera physique to The Media Theatre's production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He'll portray the title role in Artistic Director Jesse Cline's production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's family musical November 20 to January 5.

Broadway divas lend their voices for the VOICELESS CD, released July 15, 2013, as an anthem song for the welfare of suffering animals. 'Voiceless' anthem song was written for animal protection by animal loving advocates Ann Crumb, Judy McLane and Olga Merediz.
