This November, for the first time ever, the local arts scene will be the centerpiece of a major international Food & Wine Festival happening on St. Petersburg's waterfront.

All aboard the Restaurant Express as Robert Irvine tests the business and culinary skills of nine aspiring restaurant owners in new series premiering Sunday, November 3rd at 9pm.
