Shadowbox Live continues its reputation for having no topic off-limits, with its new sketch comedy and rock n' roll show entitled, "Taboo". The witty sketches poke fun at virtually everyone and everything, to the point that the show is "equal opportunity" offensive, and surprisingly enough, none of its jabs cut too deeply.

Michael Audain's $5-million gift to Emily Carr, through the Audain Foundation for the Visual Arts, will create an enhanced visual arts learning environment offering a studio-based education reflective of the diversity and complexity of contemporary art. The Audain School of Visual Arts will be a cornerstone for the new Emily Carr Great Northern Way Campus.

On next week's all new episode of 90210, titled 'Dude, Where's My Husband?,' Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) meets up-and-coming mogul Jordan Welland (guest star Robbie Jones), who hires her to plan events for his media empire, while Annie (Shenae Grimes), Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) and Silver (Jessica Stroup) plan a girls' night out for Naomi, which ends with disastrous results. Dixon (Tristan Wilds) starts to develop feelings for Michaela (guest star LynDon Smith), and Liam (Matt Lanter) finds out that the Cronus brothers plan to blame Navid (Michael Steger) for the cheating ring and is forced to befriend them to clear Navid's name. Trevor Donovan also stars. Matthew Diamond directed the episode written by Liz Phang (#517).

Mickey Rowe and Laurie Roberts, Arts on the Waterfront coordinators, hope to revitalize and reinvent this event to include both theater and visual art as well as of course the live music that made the series such a staple of the Seattle scene years ago. Arts on the Waterfront will be located next door to the Seattle Aquarium and blocks west of the Seattle Art Museum. Buy local produce at the Pike Place Market and enjoy it next door to the Aquarium while watching free public theater followed by live music and moonlit dancing. There will be performances by local bands SolBird, The Horse Thieves, Country Lips, Fortune Dwellers and more. The event will run from today, June 15-July 1.
