PIPPIN will play a limited engagement at The Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, TN November 17 - 22. Broadway In Chicago has announced that individual tickets for the Tony Award winning Broadway Musical PIPPIN will go on sale to the public on Friday, May 29.  PIPPIN will play Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W Randolph) for two weeks only, July 29 - August 9, 2015.

Loosely based on the fictitious life of Pippin the Hunchback, this musical tells the story of the young prince Pippin, Heir to the Frankish throne, who is in search of the secret to true happiness and fulfillment. He seeks it in the glories of the battlefield, the temptations of the flesh and the intrigues of political power (after disposing of his father King Charlemagne the Great). In the end, though, Pippin finds that happiness lies not in extraordinary endeavors, but rather in the un-extraordinary moments that happen every day.

The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle has announced its nominations and special awards for excellence in Los Angeles and Orange County theatre for the year 2014 (Dec. 1, 2013 - Nov. 30, 2014).
