The Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) will welcome Moscow's Bolshoi Ballet in an exclusive season in Brisbane in 2013. It has been almost two decades since this world renowned ballet company has performed in Australia. The Bolshoi Ballet season comprises 12 performances in QPAC's Lyric Theatre from 30 May to 9 June.

ACME, the American Contemporary Music Ensemble performs on Thursday, April 18 at 7:30pm. presented by The Morgan Library and Museum (225 Madison Avenue) and the Polish Cultural Institute New York. ACME pays homage to the late, largely unsung Polish composer Mieczys?aw Weinberg with an elegiac chamber music program that includes his exquisite Piano Quintet Op. 18, plus Dmitri Shostakovich's Piano Trio No. 2 in E minor, Op. 67 and selections from Henryk Górecki's String Quartet No. 3.

The Orion Ensemble, winner of the Chamber Music America/ASCAP Award for Adventurous Programming, celebrates Women's History Month by welcoming guest soprano Patrice Michaels for 'A Voice from Heaven,' the third concert series of its 20th Anniversary Season. Performances take place today, March 10 at Fox Valley Presbyterian Church in Geneva, March 13 at the PianoForte Salon at the Fine Arts Building in Chicago and March 17 at Music Institute of Chicago's Nichols Concert Hall in Evanston.
