The Royal Conservatory closes out the 2012-13 season with concerts from stirring jazz to orchestral performances, explosive dance to impressive vocal fireworks, as well as solo and orchestral string showpieces.

Audiences across Queensland will have the chance to experience the grandeur of Russia's Bolshoi Ballet via live simulcast from the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) on Tuesday 4 June 2013.

The Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) will welcome Moscow's Bolshoi Ballet in an exclusive season in Brisbane in 2013. It has been almost two decades since this world renowned ballet company has performed in Australia. The Bolshoi Ballet season comprises 12 performances in QPAC's Lyric Theatre from 30 May to 9 June.

ACME, the American Contemporary Music Ensemble performs on Thursday, April 18 at 7:30pm. presented by The Morgan Library and Museum (225 Madison Avenue) and the Polish Cultural Institute New York. ACME pays homage to the late, largely unsung Polish composer Mieczys?aw Weinberg with an elegiac chamber music program that includes his exquisite Piano Quintet Op. 18, plus Dmitri Shostakovich's Piano Trio No. 2 in E minor, Op. 67 and selections from Henryk Górecki's String Quartet No. 3.
