???????From Jazz Noir to Technicolor, jazz vocalist Sylvia Brooks, Tarzana resident, ?reveals a vivid array of new emotional hues on her about to be released third CD, The Arrangement, a beautifully intimate collaboration with the talents of brilliant Los Angeles arrangers.
