Providing some distraction during the recording session (and adding to the music), however, are showoff Jerry Lee Lewis (Benjamin Goddard) and legends Johnny Cash (David Elkins) and Elvis Presley (Billy Woodward).

The producers of the Tony-winning hit musical comedy NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT have announced that Tony Award nominee Brad Oscar will perform the role of ‘Cookie McGee' beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, January 8th during Michael McGrath's two month leave of absence. This reunites Mr. Oscar with Matthew Broderick for the first time since they starred together in the original cast of The Producers.

Previously, we reported that THE HEIRESS' Jessica Chastain would be missing performances on Broadway on January 10th, 13th and 27th to support her film Zero Dark Thirty at the Critic's Choice, Golden Globes and SAG Awards. Now, one more date has been added to the list, Tuesday January 8th, when she will be honored by the National Board of Review.

As previously announced, this new stage adaption of Capote's classic novella, directed by Sean Mathias, will star Emilia Clarke (HBO's 'Game of Thrones') as 'Holly Golightly,' six-time Emmy Award-nominee George Wendt ('Cheers') as 'Joe Bell' and Cory Michael Smith as 'Fred'; the show will begin performances at Broadway's Cort Theatre on Monday, March 4. Emmy and Tony Award winner Blythe Danner will join the cast of Nice Work If You Can Get It for 12 weeks only beginning today, December 18th and continuing through March 10th. Ms. Danner will assume the role of Millicent Winter, the mother of Matthew Broderick's character Jimmy Winter. The role was originated on Broadway by Academy Award winner Estelle Parsons, who played her final performance on Sunday, December 16.
