New City Stage Company is thrilled to announce its 2013-14 season. New City Stage will be in residence at the Adrienne Theater for the fourth year in a row, located at 2030 Sansom Street in downtown center city Philadelphia. This is the company's eigith full season and includes 3 full professional productions, including a remount of last year's sold out hit, a Philadelphia premiere, and a world premiere original production. We will also be featuring a brand new another production from our educational program, the Voices for a New City Ensemble.

THE SONG OF EDDIE KING, a modern day Oedipus, will be presented as a reading by FRIENDS ALWAYS CREATING (FACT) THEATRE as part of a benefit evening being held tonight, May 20th at 7:00PM at Roy Arias Theatre, 300 West 43rd Street. The evening will consist of an hour long reading of the new play, an auction and raffle and wine and a talk back with the author of the play, Jamesai Schempp.

Silver Spring Stage presents Frost/Nixon by Peter Morgan, directed by Kevin O'Connell and produced by Devon Seybert, the engrossing dramatization of how the then-washed up talk-show host David Frost convinced the disgraced Richard Nixon to be interviewed for television. Frost/Nixon will perform weekends April 5 to April 27. Silver Spring Stage is excited to announce that Jim Reston, one of the team members that prepared David Frost for the historic Frost/Nixon interviews, will participate in a post-performance discussion on Sunday April 21.
