The Town Hall, New York City's landmark theatre and concert venue (123 West 43rd Street) honors two influential individuals: Dr. Charlotte K Frank, Senior Vice President of McGraw Hill and Chair of the Town Hall Arts and Education Committee, and Marvin Leffler, in recognition of 34 years as President of The Town Hall. They will receive The Town Hall's 'Friend of the Arts' Award tonight, October 21st, 2012.

This summer, David Parsons was awarded a Master of Fine Arts from Jacksonville University. Mr. Parsons was the first recipient of the Howard Gilman Fellowship to attend the MFA program at the university. This full tuition fellowship is given to one MFA candidate each year. Fuse, the national music television network of The Madison Square Garden Company, announced that OFF BEAT, a new, original half-hour comedy program featuring some of today's funniest music-themed viral videos, will premiere on Friday, September 14th at 10:00pm EST.

World Harmony Productions announced today the artist line-up for the ONE WORLD CONCERT-a historic celebration of peace, music and common ground-coming to the Carrier Dome at Syracuse University on Tuesday, October 9th, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. Expected to be one of the largest gatherings of international artists ever to travel to the region, this special benefit concert immediately follows a public talk by the Dalai Lama and features an original song written and performed by multiple artists, especially for His Holiness.
