Theater for the New City has announced the cast of THE OPEN GATE, a new musical adaptation of Nobel Prize-winning author Isaac Bashevis Singer's novel The Manor, which will begin previews on Sunday October 14th at Theater for the New City (155 First Avenue at 10th Street).

Local non-profit theater group The Hope Players announces the latest in their signature series of fundraising performances - Stephen Sondheim's and James Lapine's masterpiece Into the Woods.
