Beck Teen Theater is set to present Reckless, a satirical comedy by Tony-nominated playwright, Craig Lucas in the Studio Theater, February 24 through March 4, 2012.

Avila Productions, LLC, by special arrangement with Cherry Lane Theatre in association with Jack Sharkey, today announced the world premiere of TERESA'S ECSTASY, written by Begonya Plaza and directed by Will Pomerantz.

NBC has cast Steven Pasquale in its latest medical drama, 'Do Not Harm,' in which Pasquale will play a neurosurgeon with an alter-ego that makes both his work and his personal lives difficult.

According to the New York Times, Playwrights Horizons will present FAR FROM HEAVEN, a new musical with book by Tony Award winner and two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist Richard Greenberg (Take Me Out, Three Days of Rain), music by Tony Award nominee Scott Frankel (Grey Gardens) and lyrics by Tony Award nominee Michael Korie (Grey Gardens, The Grapes of Wrath), in Spring 2013. The show will also play Williamstown Theatre Festival this summer. The musical was adapted from the acclaimed, award-winning 2002 Focus Features/Vulcan Productions motion picture Far From Heaven, written and directed by Todd Haynes.

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY will continue its Winter/Spring 2012 season with the debut of three time Tony Award-nominated singer and actress Judy Kuhn from March 6 to March 10. Her new show, exploring themes of love and happiness, will present an eclectic mix of theater and pop music by Joni Mitchell, Stephen Sondheim, Leonard Cohen, Cole Porter and more. Rattlestick Playwrights Theater's Yosemite began performances on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Rattlestick Theater (224 Waverly Place - off Seventh Avenue South, between Perry & West 11th Streets).
