William Michals, who starred as Emile de Becque in Lincoln Center's revival of South Pacific, and as The Beast in Disney's Beauty & the Beast on Broadway will join Rita Harvey (Phantom of the Opera, Fiddler on the Roof), Robert DuSold (The Producers, Les Miserables), Lawrence Clayton (Dreamgirls, The Civil War, Les Miserables), and Andrea Rivette (Jekyll & Hyde, Les Miserables) in a special New Year's Eve concert at the Inserra Theater at St. Joseph's Regional High School in Montvale, NJ.

On Saturday, Goodspeed Musical held a gala celebrating the 25th anniversary of ANNIE, and honoring its creators. Sarah Jessica Parker, who acted in the Broadway production, attended the event at the Goodpseed Opera House where ANNIE was developed in 1976.

Goodspeed Musicals will proudly honor the tremendous creative team that introduced the world to Annie nearly 35 years ago when it debuted at the Goodspeed Opera House. The award-winning York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) hosted its 19th Oscar Hammerstein Award for Lifetime Achievement in Musical Theatre on Monday, November 22, 2010, honoring Tony Award-winning librettist Thomas Meehan (Annie, The Producers, Hairspray, Elf). The evening was directed by Tony-winning director/lyricist/librettist Richard Maltby and the award was presented by Alice Hammerstein Mathias, daughter of Oscar Hammerstein II.

The award-winning York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) is pleased to announce the star-studded roster of performers for its 19th Oscar Hammerstein Award for Lifetime Achievement in Musical Theatre. Conrad John Schuck is slated to join Florence Henderson (of 'The Brady Bunch,' and most recently, 'Dancing with the Stars,' fame) on the new Sherman Brothers' musical 'MerryGoRound.'
