Porchlight Music Theatre launched its 21st season with CHICAGO SINGS THE BEST OF MOTOWN, Monday, Aug. 17 at City Winery, 1200 W. Randolph St. The annual fundraiser shattered previous records with nearly 350 people in attendance and more than $30,000 raised for Porchlight Music Theatre's educational and artistic programming. Marty Thomas presents DIVA is a weekly show at Industry Bar in midtown Manhattan. Featuring a rotating cast of tremendous female vocalists, it is hosted and produced by Marty Thomas (XANADU, WICKED, THE SECRET GARDEN). DIVA celebrates fabulous female vocalists paying tribute to some of histories most over the top icons! The cast performs a brand new show every week with exciting new guests rotating. The weekly cast includes Ashley Betton, Samia Mounts and Marissa Rosen.

Marty Thomas Presents DIVA features NYC's finest female vocalists paying tribute to the greatest icons throughout history! The show performs weekly in midtown Manhattan hotspot, Industry Bar. It has also been seen around the country, as well as on Off Broadway and Broadway stages. In its fourth year, the show has featured such acts asShoshana Bean, Shayna Steele, Rachel Potter, Alysha Umphress, Lena Hall, Eden Espinosa, The Glamazons, The Skivvies, Ramona Keller, N'Kenge, Saycon Sengbloh, Kate Rockwell and many many more.
