Following its sold-out run, The Irish Repertory Theatre Co. Inc. and Darren Lee Cole Theatricals are set to present The Irish Repertory Theatre's production of Eugene O'Neill's THE EMPEROR JONES - starring John Douglas Thompson as the charismatic Brutus Jones -- Off-Broadway for a strictly limited 7-week engagement, with previews set to begin December 15 prior to an official press opening December 22, at Soho Playhouse (15 Vandam Street). The New York Times has confirmed that The Soho Playhouse will close MADE IN HEAVEN on Monday, December 7 to make way for the transfer of EMPEROR JONES by Eugene O'Neil. EMPEROR JONES will begin performances on December 15th.

Performances began Wednesday, April 22 , 2009 for a limited run through Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Samuel Beckett Theatre / Theater Row (410 West 42nd Street between 9th & 10th Avenues). Producer Steven Ullman has announced that any ticket holder who shows up to a performance of Bernice Bobs Her Mullet, the new musical which will debut at this year's New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF), wearing a mullet (real or fake!), will be inducted into the 'Bernice's Mullet Hall of Fame' at the Julia Miles Theatre.

The full cast and design team has been set for Bernice Bobs Her Mullet, the new musical which will debut at this year's New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF). The musical, written by Joe Major and directed by Andy Sandberg, to play six performances at the Julia Miles Theatre September 19 - 30.

The tale of the Molly Maguires, which was made into a successful Paramount movie in the late 60's, will soon have a new incarnation.
