Hamilton Tony-winner Leslie Odom Jr. joined the cast of the hit immersive theater spectacle Sleep No More in the role of 'The Doctor' for a surprise, one-night-only appearance on Thursday, August 4 in New York City. Masked audience members had the opportunity to follow Leslie's journey through The McKittrick Hotel and among its 100 rooms, where this mash-up of Macbeth and the film noirs of the 1930s unfolds nightly. In the past, one-night-only guest stars of Sleep No More have also included Neil Patrick Harris, Alan Cumming, Sara Bareilles, Aaron Paul, Dita von Teese, Evan Rachel Wood, and the gents from Flight of the Concords, among many others.

Award-winning non-for-profit Broadway Sings for Pride (www.BroadwaySingsForPride.com) held their 6th annual PRIDE benefit concert on Monday, June 20, 2016. To start the night, Daniel Quadrino, from Broadway's Wicked and Newsies, sang 'Imagine' to reflect on the tragedy that happened in Orlando. He was joined onstage by members of the New York community, to echo the sentiment that New York stands behind Orlando and that art can be used to inspire and change minds.
