Broadway Bares 14: Now Showing, took place on June 20th at the Roseland Ballroom. This year's event had a Hollywood theme, and featured over 200 performers strutting their stuff (and then taking it off) for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

On Monday, May 3, 2004 The Trevor Project hosted its 4th annual New York City benefit 'Like, a Totally Funny Whatever' at SHOW Nightclub. The Trevor Project is a nonprofit endeavor established to promote tolerance for gay and questioning teenagers, and to aid in suicide prevention among that group.

The Roundabout Theatre Company & The American Airlines Theatre presented a 'Gay & Lesbian Subscription Series' with Twentieth Century and an exclusive post-show party sponsored by NEXT Magazine. Alec Baldwin and Stephen DeRosa were on hand to greet the subscribers.

The 15th Annual GLAAD Media Awards honored individuals and projects in the media and entertainment industries for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives.
