Red Bull Theater today announced a new three-part collaboration with the Shakespeare Society exploring Shakespeare and the Jacobeans on Film. The series includes a Shakespeare Society major member event (open to the public) and two film screenings. Primary Stages continues its 30th anniversary season with Lives of the Saints, a world premiere collection of delightfully funny and unforgettable short plays by David Ives (All in the Timing, Venus in Fur) and directed by Tony Award winner John Rando (All in the Timing, On The Town, Urinetown). The limited engagement runs February 3 - March 27, 2015 at Primary Stages at The Duke on 42nd Street - a NEW 42ND STREET project. Opening night is Tuesday, February 24 at 7PM.

The fourth and final reading in Studio 42's 2014 Reading Series will be Clickshare by Lucas Kavner (Carnival Kids) and directed my Studio 42 Artistic Director Moritz von Stuelpnagel (Hand to God). The reading will take place at 7pm on November 23rd at A.R.T/NY.

The 80th Annual Drama League Awards Ceremony and Luncheon was held yesterday afternoon, May 16, at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, where winners were announced for Distinguished Production of a Play, Distinguished Production of a Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and the much coveted Distinguished Performance Award. This year's event was hosted by Broadway veteran Jesse Tyler Ferguson. BroadwayWorld was there for the special event and below, you can check out the gentlemen in their arrival on the red carpet!

The 2014 Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway were handed out last night at NYU Skirball Center, hosted by acclaimed husband and wife actors and comedians, Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman. This year's event once again benefited The Actors Fund.
