The West Village Musical Theatre Festival, which runs tonight, June 13 to June 17, features all-new one-act musicals by a selection of New York's top emerging professional talent. This year's Festival, held at the New York Live Arts Center, will feature over twenty new works from some of musical theatre's most exciting writers, composers, and lyricists.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) has announced the winners of the NYMF 2011 Awards for Excellence. Awards will be presented at the Eight Season Awards Gala taking place on Sunday, November 6th at The Hudson Theatre (145 W. 44th Street) beginning at 6:00pm. The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) has announced a full slate of musical productions, a developmental reading series and special events for their eighth annual festival. This year's Festival will begin September 26th and continue through October 16th.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) today announced the selections for the 2011 Next Link Project, NYMF's primary writer service program.
