Sachin and Babi Ahluwalia, the designers behind Sachin + Babi, ANK and Ankasa, announced the appointment of Sal Khokhar as CEO. Sal is joining the company after being Principal at Koka Consulting for the past 13 years, where clientsrangedfrom Adidas Y-3, Emmanuel Ungaro, and Donna Karan. At Koka,he worked directly with industry CEOs onexecuting key growth plans that involved portfolio optimization through licensing, brand repositioning, and emerging market expansion. Prior to Koka Consulting, Sal held senior roles at Donna Karan and Calvin Klein.

The 71st AnnuAl Golden Globe Awards, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for the second year in a row, aired last night, January 12, 2014, LIVE coast-to-coast on NBC from the Beverly Hilton. When it came to last night's fashion, the women really delivered. The red carpet was filled with a lot of black and white dresses, reds as well as some silvers and nudes. Unlike other years, only a few women chose a bright color dress.

PVH Corp. Announces More Succession Plans for Tommy Hilfiger

PVH Corp. announced additional details for the succession plan for Fred Gehring, currently Chief Executive Officer, Tommy Hilfiger and PVH International. Mr. Gehring will become Chairman, Tommy Hilfiger and Vice Chairman, PVH Corp. by the end of its fiscal year 2014. The Company had disclosed in July that it had entered into a new employment agreement with Mr. Gehring that provided for him to transition into this new role, which is part time, no earlier than mid-2014 and no later than mid-2016. In his new role with Tommy Hilfiger, Mr. Gehring will be involved in establishing the overall strategy of Tommy Hilfiger, as well as serve as an advisor to Daniel Grieder, who was named today as his successor. As Vice Chairman of PVH Corp., Mr. Gehring will serve as an advisor to Manny Chirico, PVH's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on matters related to PVH.
