TheatreWorks, the nationally acclaimed theatre of Silicon Valley, presents BEING EARNEST, the 'Wilde' new musical from Tony Award-nominated composer/lyricist Paul Gordon (TheatreWorks' hits Emma, Daddy Long Legs, and Broadway's Jane Eyre) and Grammy and Emmy-nominated composer Jay Gruska. A hit at TheatreWorks' 2012 New Works Festival, this lively and lyrical adaptation of The Importance of Being Earnest resets Oscar Wilde's comic masterpiece in 1965 London's swingin' Carnaby Street. The producers of Taboo - The Boy George Musical have announced new casting for the acclaimed production at Brixton's Club House.

One family faces the music as Geva Theatre Center's 40th Anniversary Season continues with Next to Normal with music by Tom Kitt, book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey and directed by Scott Schwartz. This landmark musical begins performances on January 8 and runs in the Elaine P. Wilson Mainstage through February 10.

The Brooklyn Museum will be the only East Coast venue for The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk, the first international exhibition dedicated to the groundbreaking French couturier, organized by the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. The critically acclaimed touring show, already seen by half a million people, spans the Paris-based designer's 37-year career and includes iconic examples never before exhibited. The Brooklyn presentation will include new material not shown in the previous venues, including ensembles from his recent runway shows.

Tim McArthur will be joined live in the studio at midday on Friday by Sam Buttery and Katie Kerr who are currently starring as Leigh Bowery and Big Sue in the Boy George musical, Taboo, at the Brixton Clubhouse. Tim will also be joined by Joshua Miles who is currently starring opposite Anthony Andrews in Bully Boy by Sandi Toksvig at the newly opened St. James Theatre.
