Stand-up comedian Mike Marino - affectionately known to fans as 'New Jersey's Bad Boy' - brings his hysterical take on the Italian-American experience to The RRazz Room at Mizner Park Cultural Center. A native of Jersey City, Mike's material is largely inspired by his own life - from his Italian family roots to his edgy observations about everyday life. His riotous approach to stand-up has taken him from The Tonight Show, Comics Unleashed to sitcoms (including appearances on Frasier & Becker) to major nightclubs, theatres and casinos from New York City to Los Angeles and around the world. Mike's also been a highlight of Montreal's Just For Laughs Comedy Festival for seven years in a row. In 2008, Marino was inducted into the New Jersey Comedy Hall Of Fame, and on 2015, he was awarded the USO Bob Hope Comedy Award for his regular performances for our US military. He currently appears on his own DDV Radio Show Live From My Mother's Basement. and on a new web series A Marino Moment In History only on YouTube.

Huntington Theatre Company will present the North American tour of the acclaimed musical comedy, Spamilton: An American Parody from February 12 through March 10, 2019 at the Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA. The tour launched at Playhouse Square in Cleveland, OH on December 20, 2018 and is now on tour across the country, playing ten multi-week engagements in its first season.

Spamilton joins the 2018 - 2019 season as a special added event. A popular Welsh singer with an attractive rich, dark voice, who came to prominence in the UK in 1979 when her recording of 'He Was Beautiful (The Theme From The Deer Hunter)', entered the Top 20. Her version of 'He Was Beautiful', backed by the BBC Midland Light Orchestra, generated such a favorable response that she recorded it immediately. The success of the record led to a series of television appearances and concerts at top venues, including the London Palladium. In 1981, she made her debut at London's Royal Festival Hall, supporting American singer Vic Damone, and was named Vocalist Of The Year.

By popular demand, Steppenwolf Theatre Company will host a second conversation with co-founder Gary Sinise on Monday, February 18 at 9pm, following the sold out 7pm discussion. During the event Sinise and fellow co-founder Jeff Perry will discuss Sinise's new book Grateful American: A Journey from Self to Service in a candid conversation. A copy of the book is included in the ticket cost. The late-night event will take place in Steppenwolf's Downstairs Theatre, 1650 N Halsted, on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 9pm.
