Over its 17 year history, the revival production of Chicago has had its share of ups and downs, but if the current tour is any indication, the show's back on an upswing. If you've been unfortunate enough to see a lesser cast of Chicago in the past, you owe it to yourself to catch the current tour.

Martin Guigui to Helm CRAZY FOR THE BOYS Musical Dramedy Film

Teen pop impresario and songwriter Brian Lukow has concluded an agreement for independent film director Martin Guigui to helm the feature film Crazy For The Boys, a musical dramedy which was written by Lukow, and is aimed at the burgeoning, lucrative tween and teen audience. Based on the fictional back story of the five-member girl group Drama Drama, the film will be produced by Michael Z. Gordon, a BMI Award-winning songwriter who founded surf-sound pop groups The Marketts and The Routers, and whose film and television composing credits include Pulp Fiction, Everybody Loves Raymond and Ally McBeal.

Proceeds from the CDs will support the Armed Services YMCA() (ASYMCA) for Operation Outdoors, a camp program that assists the children of military personnel during deployment.

Yesterday, December 20, Broadway's globally acclaimed revival of the Tony Award-winning musical CHICAGO celebrated another momentous milestone and record-breaking when it played performance #6,681. With that 8 p.m. performance at the historic Ambassador Theatre, CHICAGO surpassed the original Broadway production of Les Miserables to become the third longest-running show in Broadway history.
