With his Tony nominated run in Broadway's LES MISERABLES wrapping up, Ramin Karimloo has set his sights on Japan.

The 2015 Tony nominated musical On The Town announced today a brand new online reservation system, allowing for an online seat reservation prior to a ticket purchase. Beginning Friday, May 22, ticket-buyers can go to OnTheTownBroadway.com and reserve their tickets, at no charge, for an upcoming performance. Once the reservation is complete, the tickets can be paid for at the Lyric Theatre Box Office (213 West 42nd Street) up until one hour prior to curtain.

Ghostlight Records recorded the Original Cast Album of the hit, headline-making Off-Broadway musical Clinton The Musical yesterday, Tuesday, May 19 for release later this year. The production has book, music and lyrics byPaul Hodge, book by Paul Hodge and Michael Hodge, and was directed and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Dan Knechtges with musical direction by James Dobinson and orchestrations by Neil Douglas Reilly. Clinton The Musical is produced by Kari Lynn Hearn of CoolChic Productions, and Executive Produced by Ken Davenport. The recording will be produced by Dean Sharenow. A safe, inoffensive, cutesy crowd-pleaser for the young and the young-at-heart, the brand new non-Equity touring revival of the Broadway classic ANNIE is eager to please and pretty much does so. The show is, by all accounts, a cute if standard-issue charmer, filled with hummable ear-worm music (via lyricist/book writer Martin Charnin and composer Charles Strouse) and enjoyably hyperbolic characters that audiences will delight in either cheering or jeering. Sure, ANNIE may not be the best or most groundbreaking musical ever created, but it certainly has its heartwarming place in the genre. The tour continues at Orange County's Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa through May 24.

In the famous 1960s hit 'Is That All There Is?' by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, Peggy Lee croons the melancholy lyric, 'If that's all there is, my friend, then, let's keep dancing. Let's break out the booze and have a ball, if that's all there is.' While this song ironically doesn't make it into the eclectic catalog of tunes that fuel THE LAST TWO PEOPLE ON EARTH: AN APOCALYPTIC VAUDEVILLE, currently in its world premiere at the A.R.T. in Cambridge, it could easily have become the show's theme song. When a flood of epic proportions wipes out all but two scraggly survivors, played as a pair of Estragon and Vladimir-style hobos by Mandy Patinkin and Taylor Mac, there is very little left for them to do but sing and dance.

The new U.S. national tour of ANNIE will play Segerstrom Center for the Arts today, May 13 - 24, 2015. Audiences will see this new physical incarnation of the iconic Tony Award®-winning show, which is being directed for the 19th time by the show's original lyricist and director Martin Charnin. ANNIE has a book by Thomas Meehan, music by Charles Strouse and Charnin's award-winning lyrics. All three authors received 1977 Tony Awards for their work. Choreography is by Liza Gennaro, who has incorporated selections from her father Peter Gennaro's 1977 Tony Award-winning choreography.

Murder, musical mayhem and a madcap mystery will be on stage when Philadelphia Theatre Company presents the killer musical MURDER FOR TWO, running June 6-28 at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre (Broad and Lombard Streets).  With book and music by Joe Kinosian, book and lyrics by Kellen Blair, and direction by Scott Schwartz, the hilarious whodunit features a two-man cast, with one actor investigating the crime and the other playing all the suspects -- and both playing the piano.

This just in! La Jolla Playhouse has announced the cast and creative team for its season opener, the world-premiere musical Come from Away, featuring book, music and lyrics by the Canadian husband-and-wife team Irene Sankoff and David Hein (My Mother's Lesbian Jewish Wiccan Wedding), directed by Playhouse Artistic Director Christopher Ashley. A co-production with Seattle Repertory Theatre, Come from Away will run May 29 - July 5 in the Sheila and Hughes Potiker Theatre (press opening Thursday, June 11).

ANNIE plays at the historic Majestic Theatre in San Antonio and is sure to please audiences.
