The Old Globe today announced the complete cast and creative team of the San Diego premiere of Jon Robin Baitz's award-winning family drama Other Desert Cities. Directed by Richard Seer, Other Desert Cities will run on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, April 27 - June 2, 2013. Preview performances run April 27 - May 1. Opening night is Thursday, May 2 at 8:00 p.m. Other Desert Cities is a co-production with TheatreWorks Silicon Valley. To conclude its 45th season, Berkeley Repertory Theatre welcomes back a pair of acclaimed collaborators: Sarah Ruhl and Les Waters, the creators of Eurydice, Three Sisters, and In the Next Room (or the vibrator play), return to Berkeley Rep with another tale of love and longing in Dear Elizabeth.

After an acclaimed premiere in San Diego, Wonderlist Productions and Neighborhood Productions presents the New York Premiere of BUREAU OF MISSING PERSONS by award-winning playwright Lila Rose Kaplan. Directed by Sarah Rasmussen, the production begins previews begin June 14 at New York Theatre Workshop's 4th Street Theater. Opening is slated for June 19.

On Monday, April 29th, at New York City's Pierre Hotel, the National Corporate Theatre Fund (NCTF) will honor Vanessa Williams, American Express and five resident theatres celebrating their 50th anniversary - Actors Theatre of Louisville, Guthrie Theater, Hartford Stage, Seattle Repertory Theatre and Trinity Repertory Company - at NCTF's annual Chairman's Awards Gala. Actor George Takei, star of the Broadway-bound musical Allegiance, emcees the event.

Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma today announced major casting decisions for its 50thAnniversary Season in 2013, featuring new and returning national talent including Nicholas Rodriguez, Heather Botts,Steve Blanchard, Heather Botts, Alan Muraoka, Lyn Cramer, Kristy Cates, Tom Flagg, Erin Bowman, Derrick Cobey and more. All four shows-TARZAN, THE KING AND I, THE WILL ROGERS FOLLIES and BIG RIVER-will be performed at the Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City.

Katori Hall's Oliver Award-winning drama The Mountaintop comes to Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater following an acclaimed run at the Alley Theatre in Hounston. The show run April 4- May 12 in the Kreeger Theater.

Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater announces that due to popular demand, the world premiere play Mary T. & Lizzy K., written and directed by Tazewell Thompson, will add another six performances to its nearly sold-out run, now extended through May 5, 2013. The additional performances in the Arlene and Robert Kogod Cradle are Thursday, May 2 at 8:00 p.m.; Friday, May 3 at 8:00 p.m.; Saturday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 5 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Everyman Theatre continues its season of award-winning Baltimore Premieres with the 2002 Pulitzer Prize-winning Topdog/Underdog by Suzan-Lori Parks, playing April 24th through May 19th, 2013. The production will feature Everyman Theatre Resident Company Eric Berryman and Everyman veteran KenYatta Rogers in the two-person cast. Well-known and respected DC director, Jennifer L. Nelson, will helm the production.

LiveWire Chicago Theatre, in association with Chicago Cultural Center Presents, continues its 2012-13 season with the Chicago premiere of the dysfunctional family drama A PERMANENT IMAGE, by Samuel D. Hunter, directed by LiveWire Executive Director Joshua Aaron Weinstein, playing tonight, April 4 - May 5, 2013 at The Storefront Theater, 66 E. Randolph St. in Chicago.

La MaMa, in association with Seagull Ink, is proud to present the World Premiere of Chemistry of Love, written by Jill Campbell and directed by George Ferencz. Chemistry of Love runs May 2 - 19, 2013 in a limited engagement at La MaMa's First Floor Theatre, located at 74A East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue & the Bowery in New York City. Previews begin May 2 for a May 4 opening.

A good farce is hard to find, but based on the overwhelming response to last year's Boeing-Boeing, Northern Stage searched for another laugh-out-loud, door-slamming, disguise-wearing, secret-hiding comedy. The result is No Sex Please, We're British, a raucous evening featuring top comic actors. At the helm of this controlled chaos is director Catherine Doherty, whose comic touch is unmatched.

This is a well-presented and well-acted production of a problematic play.

Marin Theatre Company, in a co-production with Virginia Stage Company, stages the regional premiere of Matthew Lopez's Civil War drama The Whipping Man in Mill Valley from March 28 to April 21, 2013. MTC's artistic director Jasson Minadakis directs the production. Featuring popular Bay Area actors L. Peter Callender, Nicholas Pelczar and Tobie Windham, as well as the design team from MTC's 2011 San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award nominated production of Tennessee Williams's The Glass Menagerie, this co-production rehearsed and ran at VSC in Norfolk, Virginia, from February 26 to March 17, 2013, before tonight's move to MTC. Opening night at MTC is tonight, April 2.

Mary T. & Lizzy K. stitches together an insider's look at the unique friendship between Mary Todd Lincoln and her talented dressmaker, the successful freed slave Elizabeth 'Lizzy' Keckly. Artistic Director Michael Bloom announces the lineup for the 98th consecutive season of Cleveland Play House, the third in its new state-of-the-art theatres at PlayhouseSquare in downtown Cleveland. Two world premieres and great American music highlight the eclectic and contemporary 2013-14 Season. 'Nowhere else will patrons get such a wide variety of entertainment and at such a high level of quality,' reflects Bloom.

The sordid tale of Leopold and Loeb is the subject of NEVER THE SINNER now receiving a strong production at 1st Stage in Tysons. Directed by Jeremy Skidmore, the play is carefully crafted and is a winning blend of theatrical bravura, sexual tension, calculating criminals, and period flair. Stephen Russell Murray and Alex Mandell also give tour-de-force performances.
