On April 27, 2014, the Skidmore College Orchestra will present the world premiere of Double Concerto for Clarinet and Guitar, composed by the internationally acclaimed guitarist James Emery for his daughter Hannah and featuring the two of them, respectively, as the guitar and clarinet soloists. This concert will mark their public debut playing together in an orchestral setting.

Producers Philip Morgaman, Emily Miller and Frankie Grande announce the kickoff of a yearlong celebration of prolific playwright and director Garson Kanin beginning July 30th with Dreyfus in Rehearsal. The play, originally written by Jean-Claude Grumberg and adapted by Kanin, marks the first production honoring the late playwright. Additionally, the yearlong tribute will include readings of Kanin's The Rat Race and Peccadillo.

Queer duckling Theatre Askew joins forces with Performance Space 122 to present Avant-Garde-Arama Goes Askew!. Avant Garde Arama is Performance Space 122's longest-running series (25 years and counting!).

Theatre Askew presents the long-awaited premiere of William M. Hoffman and Anthony Holland's 'Cornbury: The Queen?s Governor', an historical fantasia on Edward Hyde, the third English Royal Governor of New York- who reportedly favored women?s clothing.

Theatre Askew will present the World Premiere of CORNBURY: THE QUEEN'S GOVERNOR, a play by Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-nominated writer William M. Hoffman and Anthony Holland. This satirical look at a lost chapter in New York history stars Obie Award winning actors David Greenspan and Everett Quinton. Previews begin January 24, 2009 at the Hudson Guild Theatre.

Peculiar Works Project will present Cornbury: the Queen's Governor at Greenwich House Music School for one performance only on Monday, November 26 at 8PM
