Two-time Tony Award winner Andrea Martin is a busy actress these days. The funnylady not only has two Broadway plays coming up, but will now take on the role of author in an upcoming memoir to be titled 'Andrea Martin's Lady Parts'.

Two-time Tony Award-winner Andrea Martin revealed to the press that she is working on finishing her memoir. Her memoir is titled 'Andrea Martin's Lady Parts' and will be published by Harper Collins in September. With regards to her upcoming deadline, March 17, Martin laughingly declared, 'I'm carrying on - I'm now on page 280 - and I have literally nothing about my career.'

On Monday, April 28, 2014, The New York Pops marks its 31st birthday with a grand gala evening celebrating the work of composer, lyricist, and arranger Marc Shaiman and director, lyricist, and writer Scott Wittman, as well as the leadership and mentorship work of corporate honoree Paul J. Massey, Jr., CEO and Founding Partner of Massey Knakal Realty Services. Gala Co-Chairs include Neil Heilberg, Todd Korren, William C. Montana, and James A. Read. Serving as Honorary Co-Chairs for the event are stars Matthew Broderick, Debra Messing, and Sarah Jessica Parker.

The Board of Trustees of the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) has announced that the theater's annual gala Boundless, which was held at the Boston Park Plaza Castle on Monday, February 24, with more than 350 supporters from Boston, Los Angeles, and New York in attendance, raised more than $675,000 in support of the theater's artistic, community, and education programs.

Tony Award winner Debra Monk turned her 65th birthday into an all-star party with her closest friends on Monday, February 24, 2014, delivering a non-stop evening of rock, pop and laughter produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The concert, billed as 'Totally Hot and a Little Dirty,' raised $140,355.

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced Tony Award winner Rosemary Harris will play the role of 'Eleanor Swan' in the Off-Broadway premiere of Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink, directed by Carey Perloff. The production will begin performances on September 4 and open Sunday, September 28, 2014 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold & Miriam Steinberg Centre for Theatre (111 West 46th Street).

The Nominating Committee of the Independent Reviewers of New England has just announced nominees for the 2014 IRNE Awards. The Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) Awards, founded by Beverly Creasey of the Journal Newspapers and Larry Stark of TheaterMirror in 1997, recognize the extraordinary wealth of talent in the Boston theatre community.

Just last night, beloved stage and screen star Debra Monk celebrated her 65th birthday in a free-wheeling rock 'n' roll concert produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Debra Monk Birthday Bash (#debrabday) featured the Tony Award winner and some of her most talented friends rollicking through a collection of their favorite rock and pop hits. Among those were two-time Tony nominee Charlotte D'Amboise, Tony nominee Brandon Victor Dixon, six-time Tony nominee Scott Ellis, four-time Tony nominee and six-time Emmy nominee Victor Garber, two-time Tony and Emmy Award winner Andrea Martin and Tony and Emmy nominee Ron Rifkin. The evening will be a celebration of Academy Award, Olivier and Golden Globe winner Sam Mendes, who will be presented with The Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre.
