Broadway's scamming, scheming, double-crossing musical hit DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS cons its way onto the Carpenter Center Stage via Musical Theatre West (MTW) for 13 performances July 8-24. The production stars Broadway veterans Davis Gaines (Phantom of the Opera,Camelot) and Benjamin Schrader (Book of Mormon, Avenue Q), and Ovation Award nominee (for MTW'sYoung Frankenstein) Rebecca Ann Johnson. A fast, fun, flirtatious farce that takes place in the French Riviera is perfectly suited to take audiences away from it all in the Twin Cities out to the Old Log Theater for a little spring break.

The critically acclaimed UK premiere of Jerry Mitchell's Dirty Rotten Scoundrels will end its run at The Savoy Theatre on 7 March 2015, according to The Stage. Robert Lindsay, Rufus Hound and Katherine Kingsley will continue with their celebrated performances as Lawrence Jameson, Freddy Benson and Christine Colgate throughout the rest of the show's run.

Samantha Bond (Passion Play, Amy's View, Downton Abbey, James Bond Outnumbered) plays Muriel Eubanks, a glamorous divorcee looking for love in Beaumont-sur-Mer on the French Riviera and John Marquez (Privates On Parade, The Taming of the Shrew, Doc Martin) plays Andre Thibault, Beaumont-sur-Mer's Chief of Police.
