With its latest production, Asolo Repertory Theatre sparks a debate on a topic important to most Americans: money. How much is enough, and to what lengths should we go in acquiring it? Glengarry Glen Ross, the 1984 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning play written by one of the most highly acclaimed American writers of our generation, David Mamet, delves into the dark forces that drive capitalism and our pursuit of the American dream.

The Attic Theater Company will present THE MNEMONIST OF DUTCHESS COUNTY, a new comedy written by Josh Koenigsberg (Herman Kline's Midlife Crisis, Al's Business Cards) and directed by Laura Savia, which will be performed at The Beckett Theatre -Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, at 9th Avenue) from Friday, February 8th through Saturday, March 2, 2013. THE MNEMONIST OF DUTCHESS COUNTY will open on Wednesday, February 13.

Lakeshore Records will release the STAND UP GUYS - Original Soundtrack digitally and in stores today January 8, 2013.

GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS begins its final 19 performances this week starting on Friday, January 4, 2013. There will also be a special performance this Sunday evening performance this Sunday, January 6, 2013, at 7pm.

It's the story of a family where secrets are currency and everyone is rich. From January 11 through February 9, 2013, SpeakEasy Stage will proudly present the New England Premiere of the award-winning drama OTHER DESERT CITIES by Jon Robin Baitz.

Center Theatre Group's Robert Egan directs Jon Robin Baitz's "Other Desert Cities" at the Mark Taper Forum. The play that received a 2012 Tony nomination for Best Play will be presented in its West Coast premiere at the Taper and will close out the Taper's 45th season at the Los Angeles Music Center. Broadway's Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street), just celebrated its 100th Anniversary yesterday, December 20th. The theatre, which opened on December 20, 1912 with a Peg O'My Heart starring Laurette Taylor, is currently home to the Broadway Premiere of Grace, which will end its limited engagement on January 6, 2013. It will next be home to the World Premiere production of Truman Capote's Breakfast at Tiffany's, a new play written by Richard Greenberg, which starts performances on Monday, March 4 and opens on Wednesday, March 20. In Not by Bread Alone, Nalaga'at Theater, the world's only professional deaf-blind acting company, takes the audience on a tour of their inner world. As bread is kneaded, formed, and baked on stage, eleven extraordinary storytellers convey their memories and dreams, mixing reality and fantasy, grandeur and ridicule. Performed multiple nights each week since 2007 at the one-of-a-kind Nalaga'at Center in Tel Aviv's Jaffa Port, and following an acclaimed, sold-out run in London's 2010 LIFT Festival, the work will make its U.S. premiere at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts.

The producers of GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS announced today that show recouped its investment, making it the first production of the season to recoup.

Additional casting has been announced for LUCKY GUY on Broadway. The production stars two-time Academy Award-winner Tom Hanks, making his Broadway debut, in a new play by three-time Academy Award-nominee Nora Ephron and directed by two-time Tony Award-winner George C. Wolfe.

Tony and Emmy Award winner Hugh Jackman was honored by Museum of the Moving Image at its 27th annual Salute last night, December 11, at Cipriani Wall Street in New York. Jackman wase on hand to accept his Salute, along with Alec Baldwin and Mike Nichols (both past MMI Salutees), Rachel Weisz, Anne Hathaway, Liev Schreiber, Universal's Ron Meyer, Fox's Jim Gianopulos and many of his fellow cast-mates from Les Miserables. The RRazz Room, San Francisco's premier nightclub, presents the debut duo engagement of stage and screen star, FRANC D'AMBROSIO, and Broadway star, JERI SAGER. For their show, "Together Again...For The First Time," the powerhouse duo will perform their favorite Broadway and pop hits along with stories of their early days together in New York City. The show will run today, December 11 through December 15.
