GIRLS Season 3 will kick off its 12-episode third season with a special presentation of two episodes back-to-back SUNDAY, JAN. 12(10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT), followed by other half-hour episodes on subsequent Sundays at the same time, only on HBO. With only one week left to submit work to the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation Annual Awards Program, recognizing superior work in depicting Marine Corps history and life in areas including journalism, film, literature, photography and poetry, the Foundation has announced the awards program's connection to John Glenn, who will be recognized, and actor Adam Driver's Foundation, Arts in the Armed Forces, which will act as a guest judge for the short documentary category.

Roundabout Theatre Company presents the world premiere of The Unavoidable Disappearance of Tom Durnin by Steven Levenson, directed by Scott Ellis. The cast will include Christopher Denham as 'James Durnin,' Lisa Emery as 'Karen Brown-Canedy',Sarah Goldberg as 'Katie Nicholson,' David Morse as 'Tom Durnin,' and Rich Sommer as 'Chris Wyatt'.
Performances began on May 31, 2013, and opening was last night June 27, 2013 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street). Mike Nichols in Talks to Helm ONE LAST THING BEFORE I GO Adaptation

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the legendary director, who previously helmed CLOSER and CHARLIE WILSON'S WAR, is in talks to take on the film adaptation of Jonathan Tropper's novel ONE LAST THING BEFORE I GO. J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot is set to produce for Paramount Pictures.
