Broadway star, Lauren Elder (SIDE SHOW, HAIR) released her debut album of original music on Wednesday, January 25th and celebrated with a concert to a packed house at The Slipper Room in NYC.

Broadway veterans are stepping into roles inspired by the lives of Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon, and the movement style that they developed in a choreographic presentation of part of a new musical at New York Theater Barn's Choreography Lab.

Michael Cunio (Jersey Boys, Under the Streetlamp) and Katrina Lenk (Once, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark) will lead the first private industry reading of this new musical at Manhattan Theatre Club Studios on Monday, March 28, at 2pm.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. Theatre Exile opens their 2013/14 season with the Philadelphia premiere of Cock, the Laurence Olivier Award-winning play by British playwright Mike Bartlett. Directed by Exile's Producing Artistic Director Deborah Block and starring Wes Haskell with John Jarboe, Mary Tuomanen and Benjamin Lovell, Cock runs tonight, October 17 - November 10. The play unfolds on an intimate, bare bones stage that removes the boundaries between actors and audience at Studio X in South Philadelphia.
