Chicago Tap Theatre Presents SAVING THE WORLD
Artistic Director Mark Yonally and Chicago Tap Theatre (CTT) are proud to present Saving The World, a science fiction tap dance story show set to all-original music composed and performed live by Diana Lawrence, directed by Raphael Schwartzman, written by Slam Poetry Creator Marc Kelly Smith and choreographed by Yonally, June 8 - June 30, at Stage 773, 1225 W. Chicago Tap Theatre (CTT) presents the world premiere production of TightWire, written by Marc Kelly Smith and original music by CTT Music Director Kurt Schweitz, playing at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont, from today, March 20 through March 29.

Chicago Tap Theatre to Premiere TIGHTWIRE, 3/20-27
Chicago Tap Theatre (CTT) will present the world premiere production of TightWire, written by Marc Kelly Smith and original music by CTT Music Director Kurt Schweitz, playing at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont, March 20 – 29. A press preview is Sunday, March 15 at 3 p.m. at the Joel Hall Dance Center, 5965 N. Clark. Regular performance times are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. There will be an additional show Saturday, March 28 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $35 for adults, $27 for seniors, $22 for students and dancers and group discounts are available. Marc Kelly Smith to Bring One Act Plays to Raven Theatre, 11/22-24
Evermore! - Raven Theatre's quarterly showcase of performers from a variety of disciplines - will present its fall programs on two weekends in November. On Sunday, November 17, at 7:30 pm, the program will be Songwriters with Switchback - with the headlining duo Switchback joined by the singer-songwriters Anna Fermin and Al Rose. The following weekend, poet Marc Kelly Smith will perform his trio of original one act plays called Flea Market Friday, November 22 and Saturday November 23 at 8 pm and Sunday, November 24 at 3:30 pm.
