Katy Visual and Performing Arts Center (KVPAC) Encore Players, Katy's award winning community theatre, won the Biennial Quad IV Southeast Texas competition at the American Association of Community Theatre (AACT). KVPAC is competing with the one act play, Answers, by Tom Topor and will be in Lewisville for Texas AACTFest 2017 for the State competition March 15 - 18.
On Saturday, October 29, 2016 KVPAC kicks off its 1st Annual Wicked Weekend with a 5K KVPAC rUndead Zombie Run. The event is sponsored by Covering Katy, Kroger, Cinco Ranch Rotary Club and Ronda Adkins Agency ~ Farmers Insurance.

The undead will soon be swarming all over KVPAC as it masses its first ever 5K KVPAC rUndead Zombie Run 2016 this fall. A record breaking 12,000* people visited LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch this past Saturday for the 8th Annual KVPAC ARTS for ALL! Family Festival.
