Community Little Theatre held auditions for the Philip Barry classic, The Philadelphia Story. This sparkling comedy is a witty, sophisticated romp, a breezy and romantic story which explores family dynamics, class prejudice, and human frailty. The movie starred Cary Grant, Katherine Hepburn and Jimmy Stewart (who won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar).

Light Opera Works presents the Johann Strauss operetta DIE FLEDERMAUS (in English) with a 30-piece orchestra, December 26, 2016- January 1, 2017, at Cahn Auditorium in Evanston.
