BenDeLaCreme Adds Performances to TERMINALLY DELIGHTFUL, 5/23-25

By:

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6 favorite BenDeLaCreme makes her New York debut with the premiere of Terminally Delightful May 21 at The Laurie Beechman Theatre. After selling out all of her originally scheduled performance dates, three more performances have been added: midnight on May 23, 24 & 25.

RuPaul's Drag Race exposed the world to BenDeLaCreme -- now it's time for BenDeLaCreme to expose herself to you! Join her for Terminally Delightful, an intimate evening of story, song and BenDeLaCreme's signature high camp hijinks as she peels away the outer layers of artifice to reveal the artifice within.

As a performer, emcee, party hostess, and event promoter Ben DeLaCreme has appeared in theaters and nightclubs from coast to coast ever since the fateful day in 2002 when s/he realized that normally unsavory behavior could be dressed up in fancy clothes and called "Performance Art." Formerly based in Chicago, but with lucite heels now planted firmly in Seattle, DeLaCreme combines his/her background in the performing and visual arts with a love of spectacle, glamour, and Saturday morning cartoons to create a thick sludge of sparkly entertainment certain to stick to your ribs! Ben DeLaCreme can be found Emceeing and Performing in various venues throughout Seattle, as well as teaching with the Acadamy of Burlesque.

Terminally Delightful runs May 21 and 22 at 9pm; May 23 at 7pm; and May 23 - 25 at midnight at The Laurie Beechman Theater (inside West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street -- at Ninth Avenue, accessible from the A,C,E,N,R,V,F,1,2,3 trains at 42nd Street). Tickets are $22 plus a $15 food/drink minimum. A $40 VIP ticket including priority seating and meet-and-greet is also available. To purchase tickets, call 212-352-3101 or visit www.SpinCycleNYC.com.
