Winter Opera St. Louis Auditions for principal and secondary roles in New York and St. Louis except for Fiordiligi . Audition will not be finalized until payment is made. Only qualified artists will be granted an audition. Audition Information A pianist will not be provided in New York - Earl Buys is our preferred accompanist in New York and you may contact him at hoffman22@earthlink.net or by phone at 646-509-1497 or 212-355-9747. Accompanist Gail Hintz will be the pianist in St. Louis. There will be an accompanist fee of $20 if you are granted an audition in St. Louis. If you are auditioning for a specific role please prepare an aria from the opera. Opportunity Information Housing is provided in St. Louis Transportation to and from St. Louis is provided. Our artist fees for comprimaro and principals roles range from $800-$2500. Artists are brought in two and a half weeks before the production to rehearse. Rehearsals are no more than six hours per day.
