Casting singers and actors interested in being part of this year's show. Singers should be prepared to sing a 90-second excerpt from a 1960s song, unaccompanied. Actors should be prepared to cold read excerpts from sketches. Accents, celebrity impressions and character voices will help you stand out in the crowd!

What To Bring to the Auditions

Please attend one of the two sessions and bring:

• Enthusiasm
• Willingness to take direction and roll with whatever auditions throw at you
• A list of your theater experience to save you time filling out the audition sheet
• A head shot (photo), if you have one, to help us put a face to the name when we consider casting options
• A list of your schedule conflicts evenings and weekends during October, November and the first week of December to assist us with rehearsal scheduling.

About This Year's Music

This year's show is set in the 1960s and will feature a variety of musical styles, all backed by the WFCP band and directed by Radio veterans Ellen Ebert, Daric Ebert, and Jane Bradley. Auditioners should prepare a 90-second excerpt of a song from the 1960s.

About Rehearsals

We expect to rehearse sketches one or two nights a week. The rehearsal schedule for music will be limited to just what is needed to get the vocalists in shape and won't begin until late in the schedule. Which rehearsals each cast member will need to attend will be determined by which bits and songs they are in, but all cast members are expected to be at all tech and dress rehearsals, nightly November 26-30.
