TWIST:

from the novel Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens
Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens is one of the most beloved stories of all time. A tale of love, search for identity, and being true. TWIST, focuses on the horror, terror, and unjust in 1837 London while looking at the story of Oliver and his adventures through a new lens. Using nine actors, the story of Oliver, Fagin, Dodger, Sikes and Nancy will unfold in Studio One Halloween-weekend. A true horror story on stage.
Roles:
Looking for six men and three women to play multiple roles. Peter and the Starcatcher meets American Horror Story. Looking for versatile actors comfortable with playing multiple roles, dramatic work as well as large amounts of movement.
Man 1 - Oliver Twist
Man 2 - Artful Dodger
Man 3 - Fagin, the Magistrate, a Workhouse Boy
Man 4 - Bill Sikes, Mr. Gamfield, a Workhouse Boy
Man 5 - Mr. Bumble, a Police Officer, the Jailer, a Member of Fagin’s Gang
Man 6 - Mr. Brownlow, a Police Officer, Noah Claypole Sowerberry, a Workhouse Boy, a Member of Fagin’s Gang, Edwin Leeford
Woman 1 - Nancy, a Workhouse Boy
Woman 2 - Agnes Fleming, Mrs. Sowerberry, a Member of Fagin’s Gang
Woman 3 - The Maid, A Workhouse Boy, A Member of Fagin’s Gang, The Nurse.
PLEASE PREPARE ONE DRAMATIC MONOLOGUE
The show runs October 29th-31st
AUDITIONS are OCTOBER 3RD at 4:00PM-9:00PM in The Large Classroom
And OCTOBER 4TH at 4:00PM-9:00PM (Callbacks to follow) in the Large Classroom
Rehearsals begin Monday October 5th.
They will run the 5th-24th rom 7-11pm rehearsals.
Tech: 25th-28th
This show will not conflict with ALL MY SONS and HOTEL CALIFORNIA
