City Circle Acting Company Announces Auditions for Disney’s The Little Mermaid
City Circle Acting Company of Coralville will hold auditions for its teen musical, Disney’s The Little Mermaid on Friday, March 24 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday, March 25 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Community of Christ Church, 2121 S. Ridge Drive in Coralville. Callbacks will be held Sunday, March 26 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Auditions are open to all Iowa teens who are currently in 6th-12th grades at the time of auditions. Please come prepared with 32 bars of a song that showcases your talent and personality. Bring sheet music. An accompanist will be provided.

www.citycircle.org. Once you submit the form, the producer will contact you with your appointment time. Walk-ins are always welcome, but those with appointments will take priority.
The Little Mermaid is the story of an adventurous undersea princess who longs to break free of her environment and explore new worlds. The show is based on the Disney film of the same name, which was based on Hans Christian Anderson’s classic tale. Alan Menken wrote the music, the lyrics are by Glenn Slater and Howard Ashman, and the book is by Doug Wright.
Disney’s The Little Mermaid will be performed June 16-18 at the Coralville Center for the Performing Arts.
