Malcolm MacGregor * - an unemployed mill worker. Age 25-40. Vocal range: High Tenor. Smooth falsetto. Sings in 8 numbers. C#3-E5. Shy. Malcolm tries to hide that he is gay. “I’m a complete loser that lives at home with his mother.”…. His frank self-assessment neglects to mention his sweetness and sincerity. Beautiful voice required. YOU MUST agree to perform on stage in this manner before being considered for these roles. Trust is a key word for our production – you will be taken care of respectfully and our final moment, through the magic of theater, will be powerful, yet careful to ensure that nothing is seen by our audience. But, please be aware that there will be stage hands and other actors on stage that will see you- but only for a brief second. (Or however long it takes you to put your robe on which WE WILL provide for you.) This show is not called “the Full Monty” for nothing! Please wear comfortable clothes during auditions that reveal your overall body shape accurately. You will not need to undress at auditions.

Reminder to the women who audition for this show: Please remember, even though it is only the guys that will be in various stages of undress, you may be on stage while our Monty Men are in various stages of undress. You will be seeing them both onstage and backstage, and need to be both comfortable and respectful in this environment.
