HOT FLASHES is a show our patrons have been telling us about for years! The production has played to over 40,000 people and the show even has it’s own web site - www.hotflashesthemusical.com. This is a unique production for us because we aren’t looking for ‘musical theater’ performers. We are looking for people who have been in a band, are currently in a band and can REALLY sell a song! We are so excited to bring this brassy, hysterical production to the Broadway Theater this summer! AUDITION DATES and TIMES: Monday, May 21st — 6 to 10 p.m. No appointments will be taken. Show up anytime between the hours listed and audition. *NOTE: This is a NON-UNION production QUESTIONS? Office@broadwayvista.com AUDITION LOCATION: Vista's Broadway Theater - 340 East Broadway - VISTA, CA 92084 AGES: 5 women between the ages of 45 and 70. If you can play or even SORT OF PLAY a musical instrument we would love you to bring it along. We have a piano at the theater but we will NOT be providing an accompanist for your vocal selection. PLAYING DATES: June 22nd through July 22nd - 5 week run - Broadway Theater Stage in Vista, CA PAY SCALE: $120 a week for five weeks. $600.00 for the run. You will also be required to bring a calendar so you can check your conflicts with the rehearsal schedule. We also need a one minute up beat NON MUSICAL THEATER PIECE. For example, in the show the songs the ladies sing are musical hits with new lyrics.
