Synopsis:
Welcome to John's life. Having taken a break from his relationship with his somewhat controlling boyfriend, John has managed to fall in love with someone else... a woman. In this edgy, raw, and witty look at a new kind of love triangle, Mike Bartlett tackles the concepts of sexual identity, commitment, self-knowledge, and family obligations in a way never before seen on stage.
Casting the following roles:
JOHN - Late 20s - Early 30s, male; British accent required; charming, good-looking, boyish beyond his years; must be comfortable with same (and opposite) sex intimacy. Full frontal nudity required.
M - Early 30s - Early 40s, male; British accent required; strong and somewhat controlling, slightly past his physical prime; must be comfortable with same sex intimacy. Full frontal nudity required.
W -20s - Early 30s, female; British accent required; pretty, smart, very feminine; must be comfortable opposite sex intimacy. Full frontal nudity required.
F -Late 50s - late 60s, male; British accent required; working class older gentleman (M's father); strong, bossy, yet loving and supportive; a bit of a womanizer. No nudity required.
