Are you interested in being an actor in our annual 24 Hour Theatre extravaganza? We're looking for about 30 actors. No experience necessary! Here's what you need to know:
Kickoff/Auditions: Friday Sept 27 - 8pm in Studio 1 of the Walgreen Drama Center.
Make sure you arrive at 8pm sharp to learn about the process, help the writers pick their genres and play ingredients, play some improv games, and audition to be in one of the four pieces! The audition will be very simple - you'll be given one line to say in four different genres and you'll be sorted into whichever cast you fit best. Like Hogwarts. Keep checking your email over-night on the 27th to see where you should go on the morning of the 28th!
Unless we reach capacity, everyone who auditions will be placed in a cast. If we are over capacity, we'll hold a lottery to determine the participants. You must attend kickoff in order to be cast in a show.
Rehearsals will take place from 10AM to 11PM on the 28th in various rooms in the WDC.
