Join The Court Jesters in September for THE EARLY EARLY LATE SHOW: THE RECEPTION.

The Jesters will transform The Court Theatre foyer into a wedding reception, where audience suggestions will be married with the Jesters' improvisational skills to create a hilarious night of comedy. Ben Allan, Emma Brittenden, Jeff Clark and Vanessa Wells perform as incompetent wait staff, inebriated family members and the world's worst wedding band.

Director Dan Pengelly says that THE RECEPTION will be "a fun, romantic and playful show" suitable for all ages. "Audience members will be treated as guests at the reception—seated at tables, invited to join in the toasts and maybe even getting a slice of wedding cake."

THE EARLY EARLY LATE SHOW: THE RECEPTION will be performed from today, 4 through 8 September. "It's a short engagement," says Pengelly, "save the dates!"
