Soulstice Theatre is at it again. This well renowned St. Francis theater works to make sure that the Milwaukee area community is brought the best possible productions and exciting works that community members might not be able to see any other way.

Their newest production, 'Betrayal' opens on September 13th and runs through September 28th with shows starting at 7:30 P.M. Tickets are $18 for students/seniors and $20 for all adults. This show is just the next in a long line of fantastic shows put on by the theater company.

'Betrayal' by Harold Pinter tells the story of a married couple named Robert and Emma who become involved in an affair with a close friend named Jerry. The show explores what an affair does to a family's internal structure and day to day relationships. One of the many things that makes this show special is that it shows the story in reverse chronological order. It starts at the end of the affair and ends at the moment when the betrayal first takes place.

This show also brings back together the cast of 'The Memory of Water' which includes Amy Hansmann, Joe Krapf and Andrew Riebau. Each of the cast members is able to bring a different element to the show that cannot be matched. Outside of the cast, Soulstice is excited to announce the return of their programming that donates part of the gross of each show to a charity that matches the message of the work. For this show, proceeds will go to Center for Self- Sufficiency. The Center for Self- Sufficiency works to partner with organizations that created family strengthening programming. Hopefully the Milwaukee area theater community will be able to make it to this exciting show.
