Spring Awakening explores self-discovery and what it means to experience love and loss.

Set in a small 19th century German town, students begin to experience changes that confuse and fascinate them, but living in a society where the "coming of age" discussion is frowned upon, the students are confronted with the struggle of dealing with these changes without guidance.

Spring Awakening won eight Tony Awards including Best Musical and was hailed by the New York Drama Critics Circle, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle as the Best Musical of the Year.
