Winner of the 2005 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award for Best New Play, John Patrick Shanley's "Doubt" is a powerful drama that explores suspicion and moral uncertainty. In 1964, Sister Aloysius, a Bronx Catholic School Principal, takes matter into her own hands when she suspects that the younger... Father Flynn has taken a personal interest in one of the younger students. Will the truth be revealed, ...and in the end, who will be left with doubt?
Ages: This show does contain some mature subject matter and is recommended for patrons high school age or older.

This production is produced by the Monmouth Community Players, directed by Artistic Director Adam P. Blais, and is performed at the historic Cumston Hall. 759 Main Street, Monmouth, ME 04529. The cast includes Cheryl Reynolds (Sister Aloysius), Sabrina Yocono (Sister James), Paul G. Caron (Father Flynn), and Kay Myrick (Mrs. Muller). Assisting Blais is Jeanner Fletcher (Producer), Linda Duarte (Stage Manager), Emily Trefethen (Costume Designer), Rita Moran (Production Assistant), Kathi Asquith (Publicity) and Josie French (Photography).
