There’s more than one way to win the lotto. A new comedy thriller by the accomplished Irish playwright Robert Massey. It is a brilliant example of Massey’s ability to draw from modern life in Ireland and to create a drama that amuses, thrills and delights us, while at the same time challenging us to think about the values we live by, especially in these desperate economic times. In Chancers, at times hilarious at other times tense and taut, he introduces us to three people in desperate straits in the grim aftermath of the Celtic Tiger. But an opportunity for salvation suddenly beckons. Their big chance, their last chance, is right in front of them - will they take it?
