Featuring an original score by David Nehls and a new book by Betsy Kelso, "The Great American Trailer Park CHRISTMAS Musical" runs from November 15 through December 29, 2013, at Stages Repertory Theatre in Houston, Texas, under the direction of Stages' Producing Artistic Director KENN McLAUGHLIN.

The show is a holiday-themed sequel to "The Great American Trailer Park Musical," which opened Off-Broadway in 2005.

From Stages Repertory Theatre's website:

"An ALL-NEW Trailer Park adventure! It's holiday time down in Armadillo Acres (North Florida's premier mobile living community) and everyone's filled with warmth and beer. But when a freak bout of amnesia strikes the trailer park Scrooge, neighborly love is put to the test. Be on hand as Betty, Lin and Pickles jingle all the way with some new neighbors in an all-new, all-trailer-park musical!"

A message from the authors:

For us, "Trailer Park" really is the gift that keeps giving. We have been amazed and humbled by all the people who've experienced fun and success with their own productions of "The Great American Trailer Park Musical" since the show opened atDodger Stages in 2005 (and prior to that, NYMF 2004).

"Trailer Park" has toured the U.S. and the U.K., and has played hundreds of regional theatres - it was even translated into French for a production in Montreal - and we hope "The Great American Trailer Park CHRISTMAS Musical" inspires the same unique brand of big-hearted, over-the-top enjoyment.
